Project Manager - Eagle Eye Project Management
HIS ARK (German Non-profit Organisation)
- Leveling of land to match road surface.
- Earthworks for the preparation of parkhome bases.
- Placing and kitting out/furnishing of parkhomes (classroom, office, kitchen, ablution)
- Connection of borehole water to reservoirs and the ablution block.
- Installing irrigation systems for soccer fields.
- Reticulation of electrical-, potable water- and sewer systems.
- Electric Fence, alarm system and security lighting.
Estate Manager
Benguela Cove Home Owners Association
- Oversaw operations and maintenance of high-end wine estate infrastructure and amenities.
- Liaised with municipal departments, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Managed potable water systems, fibre infrastructure, electrical networks, waste and fire plans.
- Presented budgets and advised the board of trustees on maintenance and upgrades.
- Introduced CPTED (Crime prevention through environmental design) – creating baseline security measures.
- Implemented a zero breakdown maintenance plan.
