General Information and Houserules

  1. Check In Time – 15h00 / Check Out Time – 10h00
    Please stick to these times unless you have a special arrangement with the hostess.
  2. WiFi – We have wifi available for our guests.
  3. Respect Everybody and everything around you.
  4. Quiet time – after 10pm no loud music or partying.
  5. Keep noise levels moderate to not disturb others. This is not a function venue. We aim to have our guest experience the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere and surroundings.
  6. No Smoking inside the units.
  7. NO DRUGS or HUBBLY BUBBLIES allowed on the premises.
  8. No sleep overs allowed from friends or family. In case you would like someone to sleep over, you have to make an arrangement with the hostess and it will be at an extra cost.
  9. Maintenance – Please don’t try to fix anything, but let us know immediately if something is not working or needs attention, so that we can try and fix this for you as soon as possible.
  10. Saturdays – you might find us busy with maintenance and garden work. Reason being that we are always in the process of upgrading to ensure that your experience will even be greater the next time you visit The Yard.
  11. Keys – when you are ready to check out, you are welcome to leave the keys in the door of the unit. We will collect this later.
  12. Fire Extinguishers – please familiarize yourself with the placing of the fire extinguishers.
